A deposit of half the amount due is required paid by bank transfer. The balance is due one week before your stay.

Cancellations made up to three weeks before your stay can be made and your deposit refunded less £5 booking fee. After that the deposit is forfeit unless the room has been re- sold, in which case the deposit would be returned. Bookings can be transferred to other available dates without penalty.

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm.

Check out by 11am or by arrangement.
